Kelsey Asbille Chow was an American actress who came to fame after her role in Disney XD's sitcom Pair of Kings. From her very beginning she's appeared in several films and TV shows. Barbara was a performer at The New Theatre, Kansas City Missouri during the year 2012, in the play Social Security. The play was on stage for several days at Jacksonville Florida.
